Yes, if you value time and convenience. The entire service model relies on electronic information transfer and constant contact with your Carer via email, phone, or online meeting.

W Order form Enter your company's tax identification number (NIP) and retrieve data from the Central Statistical Office (GUS). Fill in the missing fields, then click BUY SERVICES and add a payment card.

When purchasing a subscription, the payment provider charges 1 PLN for payment method authorisation. The first charge for our services will only take place on the 5th day of the month following the month in which we begin our cooperation.

Payments are collected on the 5th day of each month. The payment amount consists of the subscription fee and any additional costs previously agreed with the Client.

You can cancel your subscription for various reasons. In this case, the last period of service will be the one covered by your previous card charge. At the end, we will provide you with all the necessary information (including the database) to maintain service continuity.

At Open Profit, we assign you a dedicated Account Manager. We work with specialists whose competencies and interpersonal skills have been verified by us. You sign the contract with Open Profit, and it is we who are responsible for your accounting matters. You remain in constant contact with your Account Manager and can ask them questions at every stage of our cooperation.

We rely on remote communication methods, such as email or online meetings via Microsoft Teams. You can also contact your account manager by phone – it really depends on your preferences.

The average processing time for a document is up to a few days, depending on the number of documents in your company. The sooner you submit the documents, the sooner you will receive tax information.

You will receive an automatic email and text message notification containing all the details: the amount of tax/social security contributions, the account number, the type of tax and the payment deadline. We send this information a few to several days before the deadline.

No. We act on the basis of a power of attorney and represent you before the authorities. We handle correspondence, submit the required documents and prepare responses to enquiries.

Yes. We use data encryption and perform daily backups. Selected backup copies are stored for over 5 years.

As a customer, you don’t need to log in to complicated online portals or manually check payment deadlines. You receive automatic notifications regarding taxes and social security contributions directly to your email inbox and also via text message. Each notification includes the exact amount due, the account number and the payment deadline. You’ll receive information about your tax liabilities a few to several days before the deadline – provided the documents are submitted on time.

At Open Profit, we treat the security of financial data as an absolute priority. We have implemented a multi-layered security system at every stage of document processing.

The circulation process is as follows: after the Client uploads the files (encrypted transmission), a dedicated account manager receives an automatic notification. The document goes to the archive on Open Profit's secure servers, and then it is booked in the Comarch ERP Optima system. We perform daily backups, and keep selected safety copies for over 5 years. After the cooperation ends, we transfer the data to the client upon request or move it to an archive – it doesn't disappear overnight.

Full representation during inspections – we'll take care of it

Tax office audits are the biggest source of stress for business owners. At Open Profit, we regard representing you before the tax office as a natural part of our service. We act on the basis of a power of attorney and officially represent you before the tax authorities.

In practice, this means specific actions: we conduct full correspondence with the Tax Office (we receive summons, respond to letters), submit all required documents, and prepare substantive responses to verification activities. Depending on the type of inspection, we operate on the basis of the documents we possess and in cooperation with you. This allows you to feel secure – behind you stands an experienced team that knows the procedures and how to represent the entrepreneur's interests.
