Is remote accounting for me?
Yes, if you value time and convenience. The entire service model relies on electronic information transfer and constant contact with your Carer via email, phone, or online meeting.
How to buy a subscription?
W Order form Enter your company's tax identification number (NIP) and retrieve data from the Central Statistical Office (GUS). Fill in the missing fields, then click BUY SERVICES and add a payment card.
When does the first card charge occur after purchasing a subscription?
When purchasing a subscription, the payment provider charges 1 PLN for payment method authorisation. The first charge for our services will only take place on the 5th day of the month following the month in which we begin our cooperation.
When are payments taken?
Payments are collected on the 5th day of each month. The payment amount consists of the subscription fee and any additional costs previously agreed with the Client.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription for various reasons. In this case, the last period of service will be the one covered by your previous card charge. At the end, we will provide you with all the necessary information (including the database) to maintain service continuity.
Who will be doing my accounting?
At Open Profit, we assign you a dedicated Account Manager. We work with specialists whose competencies and interpersonal skills have been verified by us. You sign the contract with Open Profit, and it is we who are responsible for your accounting matters. You remain in constant contact with your Account Manager and can ask them questions at every stage of our cooperation.
How does online contact with an accounting office work?
Our online accounting firm operates entirely online, so you don’t have to worry about time-consuming trips to see an accountant. We rely on remote communication methods, such as email or online meetings via Microsoft Teams. You can also contact your account manager by phone – it really depends on your preferences.
I don't know much about accounting. Is that a problem?
Of course not! Online accounting is an offer for entrepreneurs who need help with keeping financial records, revenue registration, or a revenue and expense ledger. You don't need to be an expert in accounting to run a business – that's what we're here for! All you have to do is issue and send us your invoices; your online accounting manager will take care of the rest. We'll handle your company's accounting, and you can fully concentrate on your business.

We grant every client access to a company account on the Dropbox platform and to the subscription application. You sign the contract with Open Profit, and we at 100% are responsible for the process and the quality of the services we provide. We also hold insurance cover of over 1 million zlotys.

If my accountant goes on holiday, will I be left in the lurch?
No. Open Profit ensures continuity of service – we give advance notice of any planned absences, and a dedicated stand-in manager takes over day-to-day matters.
How quickly do you book invoices from the moment they are sent?
The average processing time for a document is up to a few days, depending on the number of documents in your company. The sooner you submit the documents, the sooner you will receive tax information.
How do I find out how much tax I need to pay?
You will receive an automatic email and text message notification containing all the details: the amount of tax/social security contributions, the account number, the type of tax and the payment deadline. We send this information a few to several days before the deadline.
Do I need to personally explain myself to the Tax Office during an inspection?
No. We act on the basis of a power of attorney and represent you before the authorities. We handle correspondence, submit the required documents and prepare responses to enquiries.
Is my financial information secure?
Yes. We use data encryption and perform daily backups. Selected backup copies are stored for over 5 years.
How long does it take to set up a business for a new sole trader?
For a sole trader, the full onboarding process takes no more than a few days. The process involves a consultation (to choose a tax regime), signing the contract and being assigned a support team.
