The Open Profit team is available to clients on working days from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. You can contact your dedicated account manager by phone or email at any time – simply call during office hours and we’ll be happy to help.

In urgent situations (a transfer error, a sudden tax office audit, an urgent query), we respond immediately. Even if finding a solution takes time, you’ll be told straight away when to expect a definitive answer. This guarantees that you’ll never be left to deal with the problem on your own.

Our response times do not increase during peak periods – we respond just as quickly during the annual tax return (PIT) season or at VAT deadlines. This sets us apart from many accounting firms, which become harder to reach at such times.

Transferring your accounts or setting up a new business – in a few simple steps

Starting your partnership is a simple process tailored to your situation – whether you're setting up a business or transferring your accounting:

  • Meeting and advice – we start with a consultation (online or by phone), during which we discuss the optimal form of taxation. If you are setting up a business, we will help you choose the most advantageous type of entity – sole proprietorship, civil partnership or limited liability company.
  • Signing the agreement – cooperation is based on a subscription model with a fixed monthly fee. You sign the agreement electronically without visiting the office.
  • Assignment of account managers – you are assigned two dedicated account managers: an accounting specialist and an HR and payroll specialist. We prepare powers of attorney to represent your company in dealings with government agencies.

 

For new businesses (sole proprietorships) – if you're setting up a sole proprietorship, full implementation takes a few days at most. From the moment of entry in the CEIDG (Central Register and Information on Economic Activity) to being fully ready to conduct accounting – everything happens quickly.

For clients transferring their accounting – Open Profit takes the lead – we contact the previous firm, send a list of the required documents and ensure a smooth transition. If the previous firm used Comarch ERP Optima, we can easily transfer the databases.

What documents do I need to prepare to get started?

If you are setting up a new sole proprietorship, a CEIDG entry is sufficient. In the case of transferring your accounting, we take the initiative: we will prepare a list of required documents and contact your previous office to obtain them.

Yes. We begin our collaboration with a meeting and consultation regarding the selection of the optimal form of taxation and the type of entity best suited to your business plans.

Yes. We offer assistance with database import (if the previous office worked on the Comarch ERP Optima system) and support in contacting your current accounting firm to ensure a smooth process.
