Is remote accounting for me?
If you value time and convenience, then yes, remote accounting is for you. The entire service model involves sending information electronically and constant contact with your Guardian via e-mail, telephone or online meeting.

How to purchase a subscription?
Just go to the website https://uslugi.openprofit.pl/zamowienie/, enter your company's NIP and download the data from the Central Statistical Office, complete the missing fields and then click BUY SERVICES and add a payment card.

When is the first card charge made after purchasing a subscription?
When purchasing a subscription, the payment operator charges PLN 1 to authorize the payment method. The first charge for our services is made only on the 5th day of the month following the month which is the first month we serve.

When are payments taken?
Payments are collected every 5th of the month. The payment amount includes the subscription fee and any other costs previously agreed with the Customer.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription for various reasons. In this case, the last supported period is the one for which the card was last charged. Then we provide you with all the information (including the database) needed to maintain continuity of service.

Who will handle my accounting?
At Open Profit, we assign you a Guardian. We cooperate with specialists whose competences and interpersonal skills have been verified by us. You sign the contract with Open Profit and we are responsible for your accounting matters. You remain in constant contact with your Guardian and can ask him questions at every stage of cooperation.

How do you contact an accounting office online?
The online accounting office works in 100% online, so you don't have to worry about time-consuming trips to the accountant. We focus on remote forms of communication, such as e-mail or online meetings via Microsoft Teams. You can also contact your Guardian by phone - it all depends on your preferences.

I don't know anything about accounting. Is it a problem?
Of course not! Online accounting is an offer for entrepreneurs who need help in keeping accounting books, revenue records or a book of income and expenses. You don't need to know accounting to run a business - that's what we have for you! All you have to do is issue and send us invoices, and the remaining issues will be handled by your online account manager. We take care of your company's accounting, and you can fully focus on your business.

How do you ensure data security?
At Open Profit, we have implemented a personal data protection policy (GDPR) in line with the latest guidelines. We grant each client access to a company account on the Dropbox platform and to the subscription application. You sign the contract with Open Profit and we at 100% are responsible for the process and quality of the services we provide. We also have a policy for over PLN 1 million.
